| King's Terrace is an ambitious $50 million redevelopment effort involves the demolition of a condemned and distressed property located in the unincorporated area of Miami Dade County, immediately adjacent to the cities of North Miami and Opa Locka. The Kings Terrace development is the recipient of one of the largest single awards of Neighborhood Stabilization Program funds in the U.S., by Miami-Dade County.
