Highland Gardens, Phase II

Highland Gardens, Phase II is a successful continuation of the productive partnership between Pinnacle and the Broward County Housing Authority. The development, completed in 2009, added an additional 100 units of senior housing adjacent to the successful first phase of Highland Gardens owned and operated by BCHA. It offers a superior location near the North Broward Medical Center and amenities such as a multi-purpose game room in each building and a wellness center (opening soon).
