Orchid Grove

This garden apartment complex consisting of 80 units with Pinnacle's customary luxurious amenities has committed financing and will commence construction in 2009. It will serve farmworkers laboring in southern Miami-Dade County's agri-business, and will be developed and operated through the same successful collaboration between Pinnacle and the non-profit Rural Neighborhoods, Inc. that produced Live Oak Villas, Phases I and II.
