REBusiness Online reports that Pinnacle has opened Pinnacle at Tropical Pointe, a 215-unit affordable housing community located at 25155 SW 136th Avenue in Princeton, in south Miami-Dade County. The garden-style development spans six buildings and offers one- to four-bedroom apartments for residents earning up to 60% of the area median income (AMI).
Residents have access to a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, business hub, and playground. The project was made possible through key partnerships with Bank of America, Citibank, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, and Miami-Dade County.
