The South Florida Business Journal reports that Miami-based Pinnacle has secured a multimillion-dollar construction and equity financing package to advance Caribbean Isles, an affordable senior housing community in southern Miami-Dade County.
“We are taking an important step forward in our commitment to expanding affordable housing for older adults in south Miami-Dade,” said David O. Deutch, Pinnacle’s co-founder and president.
Caribbean Isles is the second phase of Pinnacle’s affordable senior housing initiative on county-leased land, building on the success of Caribbean Village, which delivered 123 units in 2019. Construction is anticipated to be completed in 2027.
