Developer breaks ground on Miami-Dade affordable senior housing

The South Florida Business Journal reports that Miami-based Pinnacle has secured a multimillion-dollar construction and equity financing package to advance Caribbean Isles, an affordable senior housing community in southern Miami-Dade County.
