Coraly pointed to the overwhelming response to Pinnacle 441 Phase 2, which received more than 10,000 applications for just 100 available units, as a clear indicator of the region’s housing shortage. She also underscored Pinnacle’s long-standing commitment to enhancing communities through its Art in Public Places initiative, a practice the company embraced well before it became a local requirement.

With initiatives like the Live Local Act, Pinnacle is working to deliver more workforce and affordable housing across South Florida and beyond, while continuing to invest in developments that foster pride and connection in the communities they serve.
