Pinnacle and Ram Realty Advisors have broken ground on Aventana, a 16-story, 334-unit luxury residential community located steps from the Brightline Aventura Station and Aventura Mall. The project will include a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with 10% reserved as workforce housing.
