The Real Deal reports that the Fort Lauderdale City Commission has approved a $640,000 loan commitment to support the next phase of Pinnacle at Cypress, Pinnacle’s 196-unit affordable housing community bringing together seniors and workforce residents under the vision of Florida’s Live Local Act.
Pinnacle at Cypress Phase Two will feature 96 rent-controlled workforce apartments, complementing the 100 senior apartments planned in Phase One. Pinnacle is working alongside our partners and the City of Fort Lauderdale to make quality housing more accessible to those who need it most – where they live, work, and age with dignity.
Construction will commence in early 2026, and we can’t wait to bring this vision to life for the Cypress Creek community.
