Multi-Housing News reports that Pinnacle and Ram Realty Advisors have launched construction on a 16-story, 334-unit apartment building in Aventura. The transit-oriented development in South Florida sits near the Aventura Brightline Station, giving future residents direct rail access to downtown Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Orlando.
The high-rise features upscale amenities like a fifth-floor pool deck, a fitness center with training zones, a podcast studio, and a rare neighborhood pickleball court. In addition to premium interiors, the development incorporates critical affordability measures, dedicating 10 percent of the residences to workforce housing in Miami-Dade.
Working alongside Kaufman Lynn Construction as the general contractor, the partnership expects the first units to reach completion in mid-2027. This development highlights Pinnacle’s continued expansion into high-density.
